How PRicing Works
Pricing is provided in a written proposal after an onsite walk through and hearing from you exactly what your needs are. Our pricing is based on the cost of giving you the service that you need, taking good care of our employees, and making a 25% profit.
That's it.
We don't price gouge, overly pad expenses, or try to take advantage. Doing business together is being in a relationship, and we want a happy relationship!
Billing & Pricing
Payment
You will be charged monthly at the beginning of each month for cleaning services. You will be required to submit your bank account information through our secure online payment platform, so your account can be charged directly.
Cancellation Policy
We will assess a 50% fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (unless cancellation is due to weather conditions).
Rate Increases
We reserve the right to increase our rates at any time. You will be given advance notice of a price increase.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied we will re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
